Allysha is a mother, maintenance tech, and proud native of Fitzgerald, Georgia. As she navigates our ongoing professional development courses, ensures quality control of our RUTF line, and keeps kindness at the forefront, Allysha embodies a spirit of dedication and makes a tangible difference in the lives of children worldwide.
Taylor was Mana’s first hire in Fitzgerald, Georgia, and now leads as our Excellence and Innovation Manager. With a sharp eye for quality, production, and safety, Taylor knows that every packet of RUTF matters. “It’s not about making a profit, it’s about saving the kids,” he says—and that belief drives everything he does. Balancing the big picture with the smallest details, Taylor makes sure that what we do truly makes a difference for kids around the world.
As someone who believes “the kids are the boss,” Eric’s dedication extends beyond the factory floor. He’s witnessed firsthand the impact of his 9 years at Mana, traveling to Africa to see the global health improvements he facilitates every day. For Eric, it’s about more than just feeding kids—it’s about making a difference today, so they can go on to make a difference tomorrow.

Born into slavery, George Washington Carver overcame severe malnutrition and hardship to become one of the most visionary agricultural scientists in history. Known as “the plant doctor,” his groundbreaking work with peanuts helped revive the soil of the American South and empowered Black farmers during Reconstruction. Nearly 120 years later, we honor Dr. Carver’s legacy by embracing his spirit of resourcefulness and innovation, using the peanut to feed millions of malnourished children around the world.
