Double your money for World Vision!
Dear friends & supporters of MANA,
What a journey we’ve been on! Many of you reading this have been involved with MANA before we even had a story to tell, when making fortified peanut butter was just a dream we had. Thank you for being there along the way. We could not have made it to where we are today without your support. For those of you new to the MANA story, we welcome you and thank you for joining us as we spread some good news about severe acute malnutrition.
As many of you know, our RUTF factory became a reality in 2011. In April 2012, we reached high volume production and each day we are producing enough MANA to feed 1,000 kids. In the past few months, we have seen MANA RUTF make the journey to Chad, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Burundi, North Korea and South Sudan. Thank you to our partners who do the hard work of getting our product into the hands of kids in need.
Over the past couple of years, we have identified credible partners who have a need for MANA. However, there are more kids suffering from SAM than budgets allow. Among these partners are our friends at World Vision. We are honored to help them bridge the gap between budget and need and get RUTF to kids who need it. We have a generous donor who is offering a $10,000 matching gift and an opportunity for you to double your investment in the life of a child. 100% of your donation will go towards making product and every dollar you give will be matched, doubling your generosity. We hope to raise $10,000 so that we can provide enough MANA RUTF for World Vision to help about 365 kids.
We realize there are many avenues by which you can help children in need. We thank you for supporting MANA and World Vision as we envision a nourished world!
